Welcome to our program designed for mothers at every stage of their journey!

We understand that working out while pregnant or getting back into fitness can feel intimidating, but we're here to help ease your concerns. This gentle yet effective approach is tailored to meet your unique needs, ensuring a safe and supportive experience. Below, we’ve compiled some commonly asked questions to guide you on your path to wellness.

WHAT IS A TYPICAL CLASS LIKE? 

Each 45-minute class is broken up into 3 parts 
1) Stretch
 2) Warm Up & technique
3) Workout.
The coach starts with guided breathing, stretching, or pelvic floor work. Next, the coach will teach movements for the workout. Once the class is warmed up, the workout will begin.

At Babies Bumps and Barbells, we are dedicated to providing a supportive and empowering fitness journey for new and expecting moms. Our classes are designed to offer a gentle return to fitness after giving birth and a safe environment for pregnant moms to stay healthy and active

BBnB is for all pre and post-partum women, whether this is your first baby or your third or forth. As a mama myself, I am proud to be the coach for this program. Together, we’ll take a fun and rewarding journey of regaining strength and confidence after giving birth, or during pregnancy. Us mama’s need to spend time re-engaging the pelvic floor, and strengthening our core, and this program will help us do exactly that. With a gentle approach for the pre and post-partum body, we’ll dedicate time in class to both of these areas in addition to working on full body strength and conditioning. Classes are open to all levels of fitness and there is no CrossFit experience necessary. This is a really great, women’s focused program to get back into fitness after having your baby Barbells

It felt so good to be doing something physical for myself and to be in a space of no judgment to have somewhere to take my baby who also made new friends and could crawl all over the place having the time of his life. Shauna and Barbells and Babies helped me lose over 30 lbs and 28 inches overall andI feel amazing and it's all because I chose to sign up for the best workout class!
